HIRING: Med Spa Esthetician
We are seeking an excellent medical esthetician to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals and aesthetic providers. This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates without experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or a med spa setting will not be considered.

Education (Required):
- High School or better in Other.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Esthetician License required.
- Dermaplane certification required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and sell an array of indulgent skincare treatments, ranging from revitalizing facials, body waxing, transformative peels, brow tints, lash lifts, and upselling our cosmetic surgeries and InMode Optimas and Emsculpt packages. Meticulously tailoring each session to ensure our clients leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated.
- Provide clients with treatment plans of effective skincare regimens, recommend & sell post-treatment care products instilling confidence in their skincare journey.
- Utilize state-of-the-art skincare technologies, InMode Optimas and Emsculpt, and perform advanced procedures such as micro-needling, RF, IPL laser treatments and body contouring under our medical director's direction.
- Give the ultimate patient experience, ensuring that our clients feel valued and well-cared for throughout their visit.
- Track inventory and sales through our EMR and SaaS.
- Work marketing events and provide social media content as needed.
- Stay up to date on your certifications for our service modalities and retail product lines.
- Be willing to accomplish other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Indiana Esthetician License and a minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent.
- Dermaplane certified.
- Proven experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology or med spa setting, demonstrating expertise in a range of skincare treatments.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced skincare technologies and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types.
- Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, sales and consultative skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, and obtaining additional certifications and training.
- Minimum of 2 years providing medical aesthetics.
- Minimum of 2 years working in a med spa, dermatology or plastic surgery practice.
- Strong computer skills, EMR (Epic) preferred.
- Social media savvy.
